Two Adjustable Single Beams Side View System

The ScanTrac Crescendo X-ray Inspection System assures a precise and complete product or package inspection from top to bottom and bottom to top. The Crescendo adds a second, vertically adjustable, x-ray beam to complement the bottom to top inspection of the ScanTrac Solo X-ray Inspection System. The additional top to bottom inspection adds a clear picture at the top of the product or package and enhances the overall inspection resolution. The compact inspection assembly installs on existing single file conveyors without any modification or change in product handling.

Crescendo’s patented two x-ray beam, high and low, configuration optimizes inspection from top to bottom.

Provides flexible x-ray inspection

Crescendo’s x-ray beams move independently, calibrate continuously, and adjusts inspection and ejection automatically for changes in lines speed.

Installs on existing conveyors

The Crescendo side view inspection minimizes installation costs and facilitates installation at optimal locations.

Connects remotely for real-time support

The Crescendo’s Internet link and on-board diagnostic tools assure support remotely by experienced personnel.

Applications

Inspects large cans (such as Number 10 with 6 inch diameter and 7 inch height) with a full container contaminant inspection and focused inspections at both the can bottom and the top for head space, fill level, and seam defects.
