Label Inspection for Rotary Labelers
Peco/InspX/SighTech Labeler can be effectively used for 360 degree wraparound inspection of containers and labels for bottling and canning lines.Labeler can be mounted directly on popular Krones, PE, Clowe or another automatic pressure sensitive labeling equipment where the containers are fully rotated 360 degrees, allowing three rotational views, all with only on camera!
The ability to define multiple inspection Areas, assign frame delays, and to apply sophisticated decision consolidation allows all of the defined views (Areas) to result in a single PASS/FAIL decision per can or bottle.
