Polyflex Vacuum Insulated Re circulating Refrigerant Lines
PolyFlex is a vacuum insulated refrigerant line designed specifically for use with Polycold and other similar cryo-compressors and chillers.With a heat loss 24 times lower than traditional copper lines, PolyFlex lines reduce system cool down time and maintain colder process temperatures.
When PolyFlex is used to replace traditional foam insulated copper lines, process efficiency finished product quality is greatly improved. PolyFlex lines are used in various processes such as hard drive manufacturing.
Bendable PolyFlex is easy to install. Standard Parker Ultra-Seal end fittings eliminate the need for special tools or on-site brazing. Cryotech offers single and dual (supply and return in same jacket) lines to meet any installation requirement.
